4. Leadership Style

understanding of leadership styles
Leadership style, basically implies as an embodiment of a leader's behavior, which concerns his ability to lead. Embodiment is typically formed of a pattern or shape. Understanding such a leadership style is consistent with the opinion delivered by Davis and Newstrom (1995). Both leaders stated that the overall pattern of actions such as the perceived or referred by subordinates is known as a style of leadership.

Leadership style of a leader, can basically be explained through the following three streams theory.

1. Genetic Theory (Descendants). The essence of the theory states that "Leaders are born and nor made" (the leader was born (talent) rather than created). The adherents of this theory explores the flow of opinion that a leader will be the leader because he had been born with the talent of leadership. In circumstances which, however, someone placed because he has destined to be a leader, he would occasionally arise later as a leader.

2. Social Theory. If the first theory is a theory on the extreme on one side, then even this theory is an extreme on the other side. The core flow of social theory is that "Leaders are made and not born" (it was made or educated leaders rather than natural). So this theory is the core of the reverse genetics theory. The adherents of this theory explores the notion that anyone can become a leader if given sufficient education and experience.

3. Ecological Theory. These two extreme theories above are not entirely contain the truth, then as a reaction against both theories flow to the third theory arises. Called theory of ecological theory is in essence means that a person will only be successful being a good leader if he has the leadership talent ..
• Style with Orientation Task (Task Oriented)
Managers direct and supervise subordinates in a closed session to ensure that the tasks carried out according to what he wanted.
• Style with Employee Orientation (Employee Oreinted)
The more managers motivate their subordinates than mangawasi. The group members were given the opportunity to excel and grow.

When I became a manager's leadership style that I use a style with employee orientation with this style because employees can be more developed and more highlight all the abilities that are owned and automatic when he meyukai style or way of work that he did result from the work itself also must be very good and very satisfying course for themselves to the management and companies.
The employees can be motivated and to think more kereatif and he could out of the box and mancari2 new things to support the advancement of the company where he worked.
